NHôme Country Living

An oasis immune to city chaos

Country life emphasises the importance of staying connected to the land. A life philosophy that has been upheld by this family for generations and has given rise to a farm in the very heart of the tilled plains of the Alto-Minho, in Ponte de Lima. NHôme Country Living is the rural project we’re talking about, the result of a redevelopment under the guidance of architect Teresa Aroso. The goal has always been to create the duality of memory and innovation, conjuring up the nostalgia of the countryside with a touch of contemporaneity. The vast expanse of the vineyards and the mountains spills over into the rooms, which are divided into six suites, two of them premium and three incorporating a mezzanine. The interiors are cosy, where light and comfort reside in layers of textures, soothing lines and natural materials, with the addition of wooden flooring adding warmth to the space. Outside, the infinity pool and jacuzzi delight visitors.
