Laguarda.Low Architects is the creative mind behind the ingenious spiral, which is business in nature, but which has a green heart, which emerges from surrounding blocks over an area of approximately 150,000 sqm. Seeming as if dancing around the block, its glazed halves of which it is comprised demonstrate the intention of an upward journey, with their social balconies, central gardens and the finest panoramic views in the city. What could be better to motivate bright entrepreneurs than a space that transforms the present into the future?
