Mokki

Reduction of shapes and pure lines

Mondrian is a hanging lamp that combines modernity and 20th-century aesthetics. The name refers to the painter Mondrian and the Neoplasticism movement, with its search for clean elements, reduction of shapes and pure lines. Created by designer Mónica Pinto, founder of Mokki, the piece had long been hidden in her subconscious. The lamp, which can be admired from its four sides, always differently, scooped up a silver award in the category of Lighting Product Design and Lighting Projects at the A’Design Award & Competition 2021.
