Café Got

Fresh and watery effect

Located on the ground floor of the Kimpton Vividora Hotel, in Barcelona, and with a long façade facing the street, Café Got acts as a connection between the city and the hotel. A high-ceilinged space, which connects with the lobby, brings a fresh and watery effect to the design, with a cascade of glass lamps. Below, a comfortable living room, close to the façade, is visible from the street, inviting guests and residents to come in and relax. Different and carefully selected pieces of furniture, with an emphasis on local brands and designers, give it a relaxed atmosphere. On the walls and partition walls, custom green tiles with geometric patterns, inspired by Barcelona’s abundant artisan ceramics tradition which, together with natural plants, bring a green touch to the space. The reddish wood finishes provide the welcoming contrast. No wonder this project by the El Equipo Creativo studio was the winner of Interiors Practice of the Year 2019.
