Pavels Liepins discovers how to turn plastic into edible protein

From plastic to edible proteins

It is already possible to break down plastic composites into edible proteins, with the advantage of a reduced CO2 footprint. The Inxects laboratory has come up with a formula based on the symbiosis between colonies of worms and the human body, safeguarding food safety and reducing pollution on a large scale. The innovation was brought about by the unbalanced relationship between the production of polluting food and natural life, using the earthworm as a protagonist thanks to its ability to digest plastic without storing any type of toxic component.
