Bistro
Bergsteiger is a restaurant of small dimensions and of geometries moulded to
Mother Nature, located in Sexten, Italy. Plasma Studio was inspired by the
UNESCO Natural Heritage area, adopting a futuristic vision that dispenses with
square metres to the detriment of the client’s needs. Hand in hand with the
surroundings, the design aims to provide breath-taking mountain landscapes.
Sustainability proved to be an asset in the construction of the furniture made
of Dolomite stone and local larch wood, as well as in the use of sprayed
plaster, displaying contemporary trends.
