The project was created for a "client type”: someone in the 40-50 age bracket, "who doesn't live in Lisbon, but fosters a close relationship with the city, and therefore needs to use the apartment for work and leisure reasons”. Filipa Fleming, Interior Design, was chosen as the studio to carry out the decoration of the show apartment (48 sqm of living space) in the residential building 266 Liberdade, which now emerges from the renovation of the iconic Diário de Notícias building, on the Avenida da Liberdade. The result of the work "is a multifunctional space of great comfort, which focuses on neutral and light shades and the combination of materials and fabrics to create a harmonious and elegant environment”, evident in the elements inspired by the art déco era: gold, brass and marble.
