Mima House Portimão is located in the Algarve, in the south of Portugal, and is a project created by the firm Mima Housing. Built as a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city, almost all the building’s façades are glazed, allowing the view from inside the house to pass through and out to the surrounding pine trees. The edges of the façade, with wooden slats, integrate the house into the natural landscape and the regular shape distributed over a single 160-sqm floor, a characteristic common to all Mima houses, once again affirms that this system allows for houses with different characters, despite their regularity and simplicity.
